ABOUT US
Manifold & Co is a welcoming, modern spot set in a historical 1890’s building in the heart of Auburn Village. Highlighting Australian wines and spirits, serving classic and specialty cocktails, Two Bays gluten free beers, an extensive range of alcohol free drinks with house made seasonal sharing plates including gluten free, vegetarian and vegan-friendly bites. John, Kim and the team want you to feel completely at ease, encouraging you to take your time and enjoy the experience.
The Space
Manifold & Co comprises of four spaces. Whether you’re planning a relaxed gathering, a formal affair, a first date, drinks after work or dropping by with your furry friend after a walk, Manifold & Co will suit you.
Manifold Bar
With a sleek black granite and steel bar, moody dark décor, and soft, romantic lighting, this space invites you to linger. A thoughtfully curated playlist sets the tone, while inviting banquettes and contoured seating ensure every guest feels both comfortable and indulged—an elegant backdrop for conversation, celebration, and connection.

The Fold Event Space
Upstairs, a private space awaits—elevated above Auburn Village and framed by two large windows. Dark walls and a shadowed ceiling set a rich, contemporary mood, while considered lighting subtly highlights the room’s features, allowing your guests to shine.
The Larder
A semi-private space with an intimate low ceiling, atmospheric lighting, and exposed brick walls. Guests can gather around the large central table, comfortably seating 8 to 12, with the warmth of the open fire, during the colder months, adding to the inviting ambiance
Courtyard
A beautiful outdoor space with bench seating, greenery, sculptures and views of the sky.
